African American Agency Chief Steps Down, Sets Succession Plan

Tom Burrell, CEO of Burrell Communications, is stepping down as head of the African American marketing agency he founded and turning control over to a three-person management team, reports Adage.com. The team will be comprised of Burrell vets Fay Ferguson and McGhee Williams, and Steve Conner, who joins from head of his own shop, the Steve Agency.
