Lifetime Dedicates August to Friendship

Lifetimetv.com will dedicate the entire month of Augsut to friendship, offering visitors to its site ways to enhance their friendships on- and off-line. The effort – sponsored by Baskin Robbins, American Greetings, Cunard and Virgin Atlantic Airways – will include a sweepstakes for a trip for two to London; a friendship calendar; and a co-branded campaign with American Greetings. “Women come to Lifetimetv.com to connect with other women, share personal experiences and provide support for one another,” said Lisa Black, director/business development at Lifetime Television. “We want to promote the importance of celebrating the friendships in our lives and provide a place where women can find strength in the friendships they form in our community."
