Scott Neslund, one of the "founding fathers" of Starlink Worldwide, has left the agency. On Friday, Starcom MediaVest Group announced that Ken Zazky has replaced him as president of the unit, which
specializes in providing media services for creative agencies that outsource their media buys. Zazky was executive vice president-COO of Starlink, which was formed as an independent unit of SMG five
years ago. No successor was named to Zasky and SMG did not explain why Neslund was leaving. -- J.M.
