TBWA announces the formation of a new group structure for the west coast, TBWACalifornia. LEE CLOW and ROBERT LEPLAE will lead the TBWACalifornia group. LePlae, currently president of TBWAChiatDay Los Angeles, assumes the new position of president and chief executive officer for TBWACalifornia. CARISA BIANCHI, currently chief strategic officer for TBWAChiatDay Los Angeles, succeeds LePlae as president of TBWAChiatDay Los Angeles.
