Visible World, SeaChange Develop VOD Ad System

Addressable TV ad production firm Visible World, and digital cable TV ad insertion firm SeaChange International, Friday announced plans to upgrade their intelliSpot system to work with video-on-demand advertising systems from SeaChange and others. The enhancement will enable advertisers to dynamically customize TV ads in on-demand programming, targeting viewer clusters by geography and other aggregated selection data. -- J.M.
