Correction: Third-Party Cookie Rejection Quadrupled In '04

An article in Monday's OnlineMediaDaily, "WebTrends: 12 Percent of Visitors Reject Third-Party Cookies," should have stated that the proportion of visitors rejecting third-party cookies quadrupled from approximately 3 percent in January 2004 to 12 percent by the end of the year. The article also should have stated that the WebTrends report was based on analyzing five billion visitor sessions in the course of 16 months.
