Napster, XM Form Partnership

Digital music store Napster and XM Satellite Radio will launch an online service that will make it easy for XM's 4.4 million subscribers to purchase tracks on Napster after hearing them on XM. The companies will launch "XM + Napster" in the fourth quarter.
