Pepsi will sponsor "Super Sluggers," the third issue in the Cleveland Indians collectible comic book series. Ultimate Sports Entertainment, which has the Major League Baseball license for comic books,
said the comic book, the third in a series of four, will be distributed to all fans on August 25, 2002 at Jacobs Field as the Indians take on the Seattle Mariners. The story features Jim Thome, Eddie
Murray, Ben Broussard, Milton Bradley, and Manager Joel Skinner, as well as media personalities Bill Needle of Fox Sports Ohio and Hal Lebovitz of the News-Herald.
