Women's interest portal iVillage Wednesday announced that it will enter an exclusive arrangement with Yahoo! Search Marketing's publisher network to serve contextual, keyword-based ads. Such ads were
formerly provided by Yahoo! competitor Google. The move is effective on Sept. 1, and iVillage will share in the revenue when one of its 11.5 million unique users clicks on one of the ads. In addition
to the on-page contextual ads, iVillage's search bar, which is currently powered by Google, also will be taken over by Yahoo!.
