Ad:Tech, DMG World Media's interactive advertising trade show organizer, said Monday that it has acquired iMedia Communications. iMedia is the publisher of iMediaConnection.com, the iMedia Connection
newsletters and producer of the iMedia Agency and Brand Marketer Summits. Financial details were not disclosed. DMG acquired Ad:Tech in January.
