LESLIE F. SPASSER has joined The Weather Channel as deputy general counsel. She provides counsel to The Weather Channel Companies on a wide variety of legal affairs, business affairs and regulatory matters. Most recently, Spasser was a partner at Willcox & Savage, where she represented clients in the cable, media and technology industries.
