Starcom USA has named group client leader ANDREW SWINAND an executive vice president of the agency. Swinand leads the Nintendo, U.S. Army, Disney Theme Parks, and Applebee's teams, and also guides the agency's Magazine Investment Group. Swinand joined Starcom in 2001 and helped the agency develop SMG Next, the first futures practice in the media services industry.
