ComScore: Online Retail Up

Online retail sales for the week ending Oct. 2 reached $2.85 billion--up 17 percent over $2.44 billion the corresponding week a year ago, according to a comScore Networks report released on Monday. Travel sales alone were up 12 percent over the corresponding week a year ago--reaching $1.29 billion from $1.15 million, comScore reported.
