JACK KLUES has been named chairman of Publicis Groupe Media (PGM). He was formerly chief executive of Starcom MediaVest Group (SMG). In addition, RENETTA MCCANN, currently chief executive officer of Starcom MediaVest Group (SMG)/The Americas, will take over from Klues as CEO of SMG. McCann was chief executive officer of SMG/The Americas.
