FHM is one of the nation's fastest growing magazines according to the ABC FasFax released this week. According to its second half 2001 publisher's statement filed with the Audit Bureau of
Circulations, FHM's total paid circulation is 844,127, a 63.5% increase over the same period last year and the largest increase among all titles audited by the ABC with a guaranteed rate base. FHM
sold an average 400,954 copies at the newsstand -- a 9% increase in single copy sales -- and posted a 199% increase in subscriptions, with an average of 443,173. Overall, FHM delivered a bonus
circulation of 94,127 copies above its guaranteed rate base of 750,000 for the 2001 calendar year. In January 2002, FHM increased its rate base to 1,000,000.
