NAJEEB AHMAD has joined MediaVest in the newly formed position of director of human resources and organizational development. Ahmad is charged with developing employee advancement programs, with specific focus on professional and organizational development, training, recruitment, and performance management. Most recently, Ahmad served as director, strategic staffing at Bristol-Myers Squibb Company.
