After less than a year of publication, Gemstar -TV Guide Tuesday said it would cease publishing its weekly
Inside TV, effective with its Nov. 21 issue, which hits newsstands Nov. 17. The
magazine had a circulation rate base of 400,000, but has only been averaging between 100,000 and 130,00 copies per week. Flagship
TV Guide magazine has also been struggling. Relaunched in
October from a digest to a full-sized magazine, its circulation has dwindled to about 3 million and its ad pages have faltered.
