Inside TV--publisher and electronic program guide developer Gemstar-TV Guide International Wednesday announced the creation of a
new digital media initiative, naming Richard Cusick senior vice president-general manager of digital media. Cusick, who had been senior vice president-business development and strategic planning, will
be responsible for all digital media development including oversight of the TVGuide.com and TV Guide Mobile businesses. He will report to Rich Battista, chief executive officer for Gemstar-TV Guide.
