Wireless brand Straight Talk partnered with Uproxx to present On Repeat, a series of three branded videos featuring new music stars: Bryce Vine, Ingrid Andress and Empress Of (and her mom). Tapping into “the new essentialism,” these multicultural personalities were shown making low-cost garments for themselves and walking their audiences through thrifting and upcycling exercises, while giving a nod to diversity. On Repeat was delivered via Youtube and the Uproxx site, and drove tens of thousands of site visits and an uptick in brand metrics.
