discount to all travelers who purchase Hawaiian Airlines tickets online and it has chosen WebSideStory's Web analytics service to help track the effectiveness of this campaign as it progresses. By
choosing HitBox Enterprise instead of running additional software in-house, Hawaiian, the nation's 12th largest airline, joins other airlines such as Northwest Airlines and Alaska Airlines, taking
part in a major trend towards outsourcing Web analysis. Rather than monitoring log files for Web server activity, HitBox Enterprise analyzes website visitor behavior directly from browsers.
