Hill, Holliday has elevated KRISTI ARGYILAN, currently EVP of the media group, to agency general manager – a role that has been vacant for the past two years. BRIAN WHIPPLE, EVP and director of the relationship marketing group, will assume duties of chief operating officer, replacing JOE NORBERG.
