Fathom Online has named Dean DeBiase chief executive officer and chairman. Chris Churchill, former CEO, will become vice chairman, effective today. DeBiase is chairman of Startup Partners, and
previously served as chairman and CEO of Autoweb, and Chairman and CEO of The Imagination Network. Churchill will continue to serve on Fathom Online's board of directors.
