Regis Philbin has declined two offers to host the five-day-a-week daytime syndicated version of "Who Wants to Be a Millionaire." Ratings for ABC's prime-time version of the show have sunk so low it's not clear whether the show will be back next season. The daytime "Millionaire," which starts next fall, is likely to air for many years to come. Through a spokeswoman, the show's producers Buena Vista Television said it was disappointed in the decision.
