Carat Interactive, one of the world's largest interactive agencies with over twenty offices around the globe, today announced the company's acquisition of San Francisco-based Lot21 and Framingham, Mass.-based Vizium. The acquisition adds digital media services, emerging technology and eCRM service solutions to Carat Interactive's interactive media services practices. Carat Interactive is owned by Carat, the world's largest independent media agency with more than $15 billion in worldwide billings. The combined companies will have approximately 100 employees with locations in Boston, New York, San Francisco and Los Angeles. Top clients include Adidas, AT&T Broadband, Bank of America, Autodesk, and Pfizer.
