AT&T Inc., the telecommunications powerhouse formed by SBC Communications' purchase of AT&T Corp., Thursday unveiled plans for it's the biggest ad effort in either company's history. The campaign,
themed "Your world. Delivered," comes as consumers are abandoning wired line phones in favor of wireless phones, and as the telecommunications industry undergoes rapid consolidation. While the media
