St. John & Partners Advertising & Public Relations has named SHAWN PARKS as associate media director. Parks will direct the agency’s Clearwire and Vistakon media planning teams. He comes to St. John & Partners from Kelly, Scott & Madison, where he was planning supervisor for the firm’s Greater Miami CVB, Kissimmee CVB, Mississippi Gulf Coast CVB, Peabody Hotels and AdvantageCare accounts.
