Wendy's International and AOL Time Warner have announced a multi-year, cross-platform media alliance that will enable Wendy's to reach consumers through integrated marketing elements and targeted promotions across a variety of AOL Time Warner print, television and online marketing brands. To meet Wendy's objective of reaching consumers in innovative ways, AOL Time Warner will feature Wendy's wide selection of made-to-order products through promotions on such well known properties as "Dinner & A Movie," and "Guys Who Like Movies" on TBS Superstation; promotions on "The Rosie O'Donnell Show" through Warner Bros. Domestic Television Distribution; customized billboards created for The WB network; and promotion of Wendy's on Turner Broadcasting's TNT and Time Inc.'s Sports Illustrated and other magazines. Marketing elements of Wendy's broadcast and print advertising will also be integrated into online promotions across America Online brands including AOL, AOL Moviefone and AIM, as well as other online properties like PEOPLE.com.
