Discover Financial Services has placed creative duties on its $80 million account in review. The agency parted ways with Goodby, Silverstein & Partners last year. Foote Cone & Belding Worldwide, Young & Rubicam, Cramer-Krasselt, Campbell Mithun, The Martin Agency, and Rubin Postaer & Associates are competing for the account.
