MTV Reorganizes, Creates Short-Form Division

Viacom Inc.'s MTV stated Wednesday that going forward, the company's operations will revolve around two systems. One will focus on short-form content as well as online, wireless, and other digital media; the other will focus on feature-length shows that first air on television, but are then migrated to the company's online portal.
