A federal district court judge Tuesday ruled that Google's image search likely violates the copyright rights of Perfect 10, an adult publisher. Perfect 10
sued Google in November 2004, charging that the search engine's image search feature, which
displayed images allegedly pirated from Perfect 10, infringed its copyrights. The judge said he intended to issue an injunction against Google, but gave Google and Perfect 10 until March 8 to propose
terms of the injunction.
