RICK FELDMAN has signed a multiyear agreement to continue as president and chief executive officer of the National Association of Television Program Executives (NATPE). Feldman has served as head of the association since 2003. Prior to joining NATPE, Feldman was executive vice president and chief operating officer of USA Broadcasting in Los Angeles.
