Simmons Market Research Bureau and NBC have signed an agreement to renew the Simmons National Consumer Study and Choices III software license the NBC Television Networks and NBC Stations Group. Included in the agreement are NBC Television, NBC Entertainment and NBC TV stations WNBC in New York, KNBC in Los Angeles, WRC in Washington and WCAU in Philadelphia. The agreement also adds the National Hispanice Study to the NBC Stations Group license. NBC’s recently acquired Telemundo Network Group renewed and expanded the Simmons Hispanic service as well. Separately, Interpublic Group and Simmons Market Research Bureau announced the expansion of a multiyear agreement signed in 2001 to include IPG agencies Foote Cone and Belding and Mullen.
