Ogilvy & Mather New York has promoted ANDY BERNDT from group creative director to managing director. Berndt will be responsible for managing Ogilvy & Mather’s New York advertising operations, including strategy and planning, account management, finance, human resources and new business. Berndt assumes duties previously handled by BILL GRAY, now co-CEO of Ogilvy North America.
