MOKSHA FITZGIBBONS has returned to Complexas advertising director and EDGAR HERNANDEZ has joined the company as account director. Fitzgibbons previously served as eastern advertising director of Complex for three years before joining Stuff magazine as advertising director. Hernandezjoins Complex from Stuff magazine where he served as fashion account manager.
