Rainbow Media announced several promotions. KENT REES becomes vice president and creative director for on-air promotions, IFC; MIKE WALTON is promoted to vice president and creative director for on-air promotions, WE: Women’s Entertainment; and TARA GORDON takes on the responsibilities of senior graphic designer for Rainbow Design Services.
