Billboard Adds Latino Title

Despite the uncertainty surrounding the fate of its parent company, VNU, Billboard magazine Wednesday said it is forging ahead with the launch of a new Spanish-language magazine, Billboard Latino, a companion to its existing "Billboard Latino" TV show. The magazine, which launches this month, contains the same content areas as mother magazine Billboard but with a Latino music focus, including music industry news, album reviews, interviews with stars, contests, and the like. -- Erik Sass
