RSS feed software provider NewsGator Technologies, Inc., announced Wednesday that it has secured funding from Mobius Venture Capital. The unspecified amount of funding will be used to accelerate the
development process for the NewsGator product line, as well as expand the marketing and corporate sales groups. The company said that the funding will also help make available new products for the
NewsGator Online Services platform, as well as enhancements to its existing suite of products. In addition to NewsGator for Outlook, NewsGator Technologies also offers other services for consumers and
business. NewsGator for Outlook is a news aggregator that runs in Microsoft Outlook, which allows users to subscribe to syndicated RSS news feeds that are delivered directly into their Microsoft
Outlook and Exchange server folders.
