Interep's Winstar Interactive has launched an online video network, it announced this week. The new division will serve as an online video ad network for advertisers to buy streaming pre-roll
video spots across a range of branded sites, including HistoryChannel.com, Biography.com, AETV.com, and FHMus.com. The aggregated number of unique monthly visitors available to target through IVN is
in excess of 10 million, generating approximately 50 million streaming pre-roll ad impressions per month, according to Winstar.
