NYTimes.com Adds Video Interviews

The New York Times Friday launched a series of online video interviews, hosted at NYTimes.com, dubbed "The Conversation With Calvin Sims." The series will feature interviews with prominent political and cultural figures, the first of whom are gay rights activist Larry Kramer and Ruth Reichl, editor in chief of Gourmet magazine. The interviews will be monetized via pre-roll video ads, and the first interview is being sponsored by Ford Motors.
