Yahoo's Hotjobs Monday launched the Yahoo Recruitment Advertising program, which will allow firms to place job ads across the Yahoo network, including Yahoo Finance, Yahoo Mail, and Yahoo News. Hirers
can submit their job details for natural search indexing using Yahoo's Search Submit Pro tool, or bid on keywords to get sponsored results targeting job hunters.
