Ad network BURST! Media has signed up to use the ASP version of TACODA's Audience Management System for behavioral targeting. AMS will enable BURST to identify and track large segments of its 39.4 million audience. BURST will also offer the behavioral targeting aspects of AMS in AdDesktop, its licensed ad serving technology.
