Neo@Ogilvy has named GREG SMITH chief operating officer for North America. Smith will oversee day-to-day operations for Neo@Ogilvy in the North American region as well as NeoSearch@Ogilvy North America. He joins the agency from Carat Fusion where he was evp, media insights, planning & analysis.
