TINA BROCKETT has joined Empower MediaMarketing, Cincinnati as media research strategist. Brockett will help develop proprietary media planning tools to produce custom studies and intelligence for clients. Brockett joins the agency from Perfetti Van Melle, USA, where she worked for 15 years, most recently as assistant brand manager for Mentos.
