EchoStar has appointed Carl Vogel to his second term as president, granting the industry vet daily oversight of DISH Network. Vogel will retain his vice chairman seat in addition to taking on his new
duties as the head of DISH Net. Michael Neuman stepped down as DISH president and COO in February, after eight months on the job. EchoStar has also installed Bernard Han as CFO, effective Sept. 28.
Previously, Han served as executive vp and CFO of Northwest Airlines. He replaces David Rayner, who will assume the new role of evp in charge of the company's national installation and service
network.
