RALPH RIVERA will expand his role at AOL to oversee AOL Latino as vice president and general manager, while also remaining in charge of AOL Games. Before joining AOL, Rivera held executive and staff positions at Pearson, Simon & Schuster, Deloitte & Touche, and IBM.
