Movie star Leo DiCaprio's production company, Appian Way, is teaming with Madison Road Entertainment and "Survivor" vet Craig Piligian to shop a makeover show that will rebuild a depressed American
town into an eco-friendly community. The show is titled "E-Topia" and is being shopped to networks this week.
