U.S. Hispanic television network Azteca America announced a network agreement with Time Warner Cable that gives Azteca America carriage opportunities in areas not covered by over-the-air stations.
Under the so-called "White Area Agreement," Time Warner systems across Hispanic markets in the United States with no local terrestrial Azteca America signal may elect to add Azteca America
programming to their lineup. Time Warner will also feature select programs from Azteca America as part of its video on demand service.
