JAMIE MCCABE has been promoted to the newly created position of executive vice president -- Worldwide Pay-Per-View, Video-On-Demand and Electronic Sell-Through for Twentieth Century Fox Film Corporation. McCabe joined Twentieth Century Fox in the Pay Television group in 1993. Prior to joining Fox, he held positions with The Walt Disney Company and Merrill Lynch.
