AOL Names Time Warner Vet President, COO

Ron Grant, a veteran of AOL and formerly senior vice president of operations at Time Warner, has been appointed president and chief operations officer of AOL. Prior to his job at Time Warner, Grant served as senior vice president of business affairs and development for AOL. The announcement was made Tuesday by Randy Falco, the company's newly appointed chairman and CEO.
