The Curtis Media Group has signed an agreement to acquire three Greensboro, N.C.-based radio stations--WSJS, WMFR, and WSML--from their present owner, CBS Radio, a division of CBS Corp. WSJS and WMFR
are two of North Carolina's oldest radio stations. WSML primarily rebroadcasts the programming of WSJS. The stations all operate with a News/Talk Format.
